Designed by Codic, the Royal-Hamilius project will contribute to the city centre's dynamism.
It is a 36,000 m2 block, that will extend from Rue Aldringen to Boulevard Royal in 2019. A new living and work environment where modern and functional offices will exist alongside next generation apartments in an animated and green setting.
A new shopping experience will be available with the arrival of the Galeries Lafayette, a fabulous commercial flagship of French-style art of living. The Fnac will be a real commercial driver in terms of reading, music and video. The premium supermarket Delhaize will fulfil daily needs.
A hanging garden, green spaces, a vast car park, apartments, offices, shops and restaurants will reconfigure the capital... a complete offering of modern services linked to the environment.
